Rica Pizza

Wish k had a better first experience. Saw the great reviews online and unfortunately I did not feel my service was 5 starts, let alone even one. ???? for starters I place delivery, said it would take about an hour. Next we see the the order was picked up. Driver apparently thought we were too hard to find, and never got our food. I called and asked how I may go about getting this resolved. I was told to call menufy. Called and spoke with a very pleasant gentleman. He asked if I wanted a remake or a refund. I said let’s aim for a remake, he said I’ll contact the store. If I can’t get ahold of them, we will process a refund. I get an email about 5 minutes later letting me know he tried to call them, and in the process of explaining my situation, they hung up on the representative! ???? which mind you, I wish I would’ve know this prior to placing a second order for pickup. That’s horrible customer service all together. 30 bucks spent was no where worth it. I would love to see this rectifi

Simple delicious pizza & wings at a good price! Veggie pizza was covered in toppings, which was awesome. Will definitely try more menu options soon.

This place used to be better it’s not bad now but prices have gone up but prices for everything have gone up. I don’t like how there online menu only shows you the premium pizzas and says nothing about their hot and ready pizza’s for $6.99. I think that’s the price but I’m not a 100% sure about that. Their food is pretty good.
