Ok so I’ve been coming to Korean bbq once a month or twice. The food is great, tasty, food quality and quantity is the best but the service is so disgusting there was 3 parties in the waiting area waiting to get called we were the second one and the worse thing is she called the 3rd party at our back and seat them first and then we told her that we came first and she said she was just following what’s in the wait list well first of all I signed in first after the first party signed and second of all she didn’t say any names she just called them and give them a table first. She was so rude. My dad was so mad cause of what happened then suddenly she acted nice when the owner I guess went out In the dine in I forgot her name… customer service 0/10 I can’t believe she would say she was just looking at the wait list if she didn’t give any names

Cockroach. The food was decent, a lot of fat on the meat, but I look down and there was a cockroach just walking through the restaurant like it was used to the place. I pointed it out to the server, he just immediately squished it with his shoe, grabbed a broom/sweeper, and threw it in the trash. Seemed like they were used to having them there. But the food was decent. I would recommend the spicy flavored thingy, prime steak, and the pork belly at most. But I would probably recommend they clean up more and look for another joint to eat at also.

All the employees were friendly and gave great service constantly checking in on us and refilling our cups without us asking (weren't even half empty yet). The sides were okay. We had brisket, teriyaki chicken, beef bolgogi, and they were all pretty good. The only one we didn't really like so much was the sesame marinated beef, too fatty.
