Recommended to me by a friend. It was further away than I thought so unfortunately we only had time to stay for one drink, but it was an enjoyable experience. Some of the best food I've had on this trip so far. I hope to be able to visit again before I leave.

Very nice spot for brunch no matter who you are what you are celebrating or if you just want somewhere nice to go to with vibe. Music is not too loud. Food was good. Drinks were good.

First time visiting Republica, made a reservation for Brunch with family (8 people.) We were on the 2nd level for the 4 hour brunch (1-5pm), which was $45+ tax and gratuity. You get to choose one item from the Brunch menu (one Breakfast and one Lunch option.) All the food was delicious, there wasn’t a single item on the menu that we did not like. The portions were small, but the quality made up for it. DJ Alex the Kid kept the vibe going. The Mimosas were the group’s favorite over the Sangria (watered down.) Hookah was $40, they only had the mint flavor which wasn’t terrible. I would’ve liked to have more variety. Will definitely be back to check out the rooftop.
