Rendez-Vous Bakery and Bistro

A hidden gem!!! Seriously, this place is one of our favorites! The customer service is ALWAYS on point! Super friendly and attentive! The food is seriously fantastic and unique! I am addicted to their salmon platter! Ugh, it comes with this like caper sauce that seriously is to die for! Their bacon is cooked perfectly... every time! I also love their Cappuccino! My son gets the steak and egg breakfast... and he loves it! For dinner, I would recommend the fish and chips or the Boef Bourguignon! You feel like you time traveled to France when you eat here!!! Now, the pastries!! We always leave with a box of various pastries when we come here! Chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins, tiramisu, raspberry cheesecake, Creme Brule, chocolate mousse, and more! It really is a wonderful restaurant and bakery! We can't wait to go back!

We normally have a great experience at this place. But this morning we were told it was a 20 minute wait and ended up being 45 minutes. Then we sat at the table for 15 minutes waiting for somebody come take our order. This place is extremely understaffed. Luckily the kitchen is in great sorts and the food came in less than 20 minutes. The desserts are yum.

The comments were good so i was excited to have brunch there. The service was awesome, so kudos for that! But the food? Not so much. I ordered 4 crepes. What i got was 4 warm, almost cold, wet crepes. They were clearly cooked earlier, and reheated for me, since there was a piece of saran wrap stuck on my plate. Anyways, thanks for the great service!
