Excellent food and service! Do NOT skip the 'nice' little house salad! It has pecans, cornbread croutons (with peppers) and an outstanding house dressing. First time here and loved it. Service was excellent, food great. I had the ribs, GF had the tenderloin and enchilada platter. Both great. The cornbread was amazing.
Visited Redrock Canyon Grill...this is an incredible place. Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Hannah and Cassie take care of me and I started with a local brew from Mountain Fork Brewery - Hochawizen Wheat Ale. This is a really good beer, unfiltered, and a clean finish. Tried the Deviled Eggs with the relish and was blown away...incredible flavors and one heck of an appetizer. Seriously…these devilled eggs with the relish combination makes these the best I have ever eaten. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, a nice char, and the mushrooms on top were delicious. The mashed potatoes and carrots...out of this world! This meal was exceptional and the service top notch, even though they were extremely busy.
