Red Tomatoes Indian Cuisine - Curry Kabab & Seafood House

Service was below average at this restaurant. We dined on valentines day, we were not greeted properly when we entered and stood by the door. Once we were seated, no body came to offer even a glass of water for next 30 minutes. The couple next to us was apparently sitting for 45 mins without any order taken and left the table. I had to ask someone to attend us, once the owner came, he was very confused and ended up serving wrong things in a hurry. Sadly our valentines day experience was ruined by choosing a wrong place to dine in where the service is below average. Food we ordered was ok and tasted to some other american indian restaurants. Certainly not at par as compared to other restaurants in chicago. May be it was the wrong day or just the way it is when the order is packed with customers. Recommendation - if you want people to come by, invest in staff and greet customers nicely and attend them timely Sadly we wont be back. We travelled half hour to this place for a poor dining ex

We love this place. The place has great ambiance and welcoming. BK is very kind and friendly made us feel like we are right at home. The quality and portion of food was good. The Lamb Rogen Josh was fantastic and great tasting.. I definitely recommend this place.

This was our first time visiting this place after reading the reviews. The place has great ambiance and welcoming. The general manager is very kind and friendly made us feel like we are right at home. The quality and portion of food was good. The appetizer was little under cooked but the entrees were all great tasting. They can customize it per your specific taste as well just ask. I would definitely recommend this place.
