red snapper fish & chicken

This was my first time visiting and only have a few minor complaints. I had the whiting fish combo and it was pretty good and my fish was fried crispy like I asked. My friend didn’t care for her chicken tenders & chicken wings but all in all no real complaints on my end. Three things that resulted in my 4 ⭐️ Review 1) The employees continued to walk past a juice spill on the floor instead of mopping it up 2) Their “Combos” don’t come with a drink (juice fries & watery Coleslaw with the fish) 3) They don’t put plastic wear or napkins in the to go orders and because this was my first visit I left without getting them. I would probably be back when I’m in the area and have a taste for any of their menu items

THEY ARE FIXING IT. MAYBE IT WAS THE BUTTER FOR THE LEMON PEPPER. TRYING HONEY BBQ. REDO UPDATE COMING. (So I've always ordered from here. There's a good guy in there but, the rest of the staff I'm concerned about. I called about my recent order and how the cook made chicken fingers for somebody who is asking for hypertension. I've gotten the chicken fingers before and never have I seen so much oil at the the bottom of the bag for chicken fingers. Whoever answered the phone made a horrible assumption that I wanted free food or an exchange and I got on her because that means you're not listening and already trying to speak for me. She didn't ask to take down my number for the manager to call me back until I said you never even asked for my number while you've said I'm sorry so many times before trying to actually getting the problem resolved. She needs training and the cooks needs to work on proportions. She don't know when the manager is coming back but, I know my body feels like a bot

I wanted some fish and I got exactly what i wanted. Seasoned perfectly even my husband's Philly was fantastic. We will be coming back especially for those hot honey wings!!!! Staff was very nice and food was quick. Pricing is amazing as well and portions was huge. I recommend this place highly.
