When we 1st arrived there's 2 different entrances and it was a lil confusing cuz the wait area is tiny. They seemed a bit unorganized at the front. A lady in a wheelchair left because I believe they went out of order and didn't help her. Our waitress wasn't rude but idk her energy was off until the end when we were paying. She seemed friendly. Wouldn't allow my man to use his ID on his phone to buy an adult beverage. Our food was good but I truly loved the tropical Mai Tai. The flavor and the cute glass it came in. You should sell those mugs.
Poor quality on the food. We received our pizza cold and our burger/fries under temperature. Spoke to the manager and she did nothing but apologize. Was not sincere at all. Will not be returning to this location. Jalapeño coins felt like rocks. Almost broke a tooth biting into one.
