Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Sadly I am done with this location. Back in May I had ordered on the app(they use door dash as their default) The entire order was delivered after I watch the driver walking around the apt complex fir 15mins and smoke a cigarette, even with explicit instructions. I call D.D. and they contacted the restaurant. DD informed me tip and amount would be refunded back to my card by the restaurant. Never got it. Tonight I stopped and ordered dinner to go got home and 1/2 my hamburger patty was under the bun and there was melted cheese on the outfit the wrapper. The girl that took my order in the bar was awesome. Unfortunately the location has always been problematic every time I order.

The fries were hot and fresh, not overdone. The campfire sauce is as good as always. The burgers were well constructed and not sloppy, like in other places. Generous with the napkins, and service staff were attentive and friendly. Always a great experience at the east Vancouver WA location.

Me and my family enjoyed the idea of going here. The food was ok and the main service was somewhat fast. Our biggest issue was when asking for anything extra. The fries were one of the main issues. We would ask for some at the beginning of the meal because we knew the kids would be asking for them. We were somewhat ignored. When we did get fries they were cold. It just seemed like having me, my wife and six kids where just unwelcome. The atmosphere was nice and popping.. the service just could have been faster and better.
