To be honest I'm not all that impressed for the price of the bugers I would expect more for 17 buck you get 2 small patties that look like they stole them from a kids meal. Had to wait 20 mins past pick up time for food and then it was cold. Save you money and go to buger king or someplace thing here
My twins and I love coming here. Service is great good comes out quickly and everyone there us really nice. We will definitely return
We came to celebrate my mother's 82nd birthday. The food was good, the server was good, but my complaint is with how disgustingly dirty the women's restroom was. Not only that, the one handicapped toilet was all backed up to where it couldn't be used. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he blew me off saying there was supposed to be an out of order sign on the door. I told him there wasn't and that wasn't the point. I told him he needs to get it fixed because there are handicapped patrons who need to use it. He just shook his head and told me they tried to get it fixed three times and it keeps happening. I told him it's not acceptable that they don't have a working handicapped bathroom. That is why I'm only giving this Red Robin three stars.
