Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

A lot of different twist on hamburgers very tasty. Pretty big menu with lots of adult drink options

The food and waitress were great. Hostess sucked. She was snotty and it was a major deal to get a booth even though they had plenty open. She does not have the personality trio be a hostess.

First, you should know that with four kids, Red Robin is a favorite of ours. However, this is the second time in a row that we have essentially been turned away. The first was due to a power outage. However, it should be noted that the power was out for not that long and when we went, all lights were on inside and out. It seemed like more of an excuse than anything on a weekend night. Today, my daughter wanted to go for her 10th birthday. Upon arrival to a very empty restaurant, we were told it would be at least 30 minutes because there was only one cook. We were okay with that but asked can we just sit down and get drinks for the kids, but the answer was no. Seemed odd since they were not short wait staff and the place was literally almost empty. To add to this, the greeter was obviously not in a good mood and it showed in her attitude. We went down the road to another Red Robin and they were awesome.
