Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Came here for an early dinner. Customer service was great, he got us our side (sweet potatoes fries) while we waited for dinner. I ordered something different from my usual burger.

It was my first time going to Red Robin and it did not disappoint. The food was awesome, the atmosphere was awesome, and the waitress was awesome, supper friendly and helpful. 2 thumbs up for the service we received. The burgers were extremely good and the steak fries and the sweet potato fries were top notch. The campfire sauce was excellent for dipping the fries into instead of ketchup. The fountain drinks were excellent and the strawberry lemonade is a must have. Will definitely be going back to try other items as the menu is extensive. Special props to the waitress, she went above and beyond. Everyone was super friendly as well. Awesome experience.

Well, we decided to stop into this place for a very low keys valentines lunch. Our food was just okay this time. We have been here a few times, but this time, it was very disappointing with the food. Our drinks was pretty good to start the onion rings was good as normal. My burger wasn't very flavorful at all, I had the impossible burger, which is what I get every time I go there. My husband had the bacon fondue burger to try some new and he was absolutely not impressed at all. The cheese had bacon bits in it and it did not come with his meal he had to ask for it. I also decided to try thr zucchini fries with my meal this time and what a disappointment. It was full of batteries with no flavor eww. We probably won't be going back here. Their a hit or miss place. Our server was attentive, but that's it.
