Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Red Robin was a decent experience. No bells or whistles hear, but better than average. The food choices is what you expect in a sports-like restaurant but not as noisy. Very family friendly. At this particular location, the staff was short-handed but our waitress was excellent. The one thing that I liked about some of the sandwich choices is the option to turn a sandwich into a wrap. Great option. Unlimited fries and soft drinks. Great if you have kids. Overall, good experience, great variety and affordable.

I've been going to Red Robin for years and have always loved their burgers. Always thick with a great crust. We went there Saturday and I ordered my favorite for my free birthday burger. When it arrived it was cooked medium as requested but that's all that was right. The burger was HALF the thickness and no crust, just soft meat with no taste. Seriously no taste at all. My husband had a chicken sandwich he said was good and the fries were delicious as always. I could've sent back the burger but there was only one waitress (she was awesome) and two others we saw that brought out the food, and it just didn't seem worth it. I wanted a nice lunch WITH my husband, not him eat then I eat. I won't be going back. They're known for their burgers and they're not even close to the same as before. Prices went way up and quality/quantity went down. Not a winning combination.

The chicken pieces was hard(three orders) and I got almost half a bowl of chili(three orders). I drove fifteen miles for nothing. Check your food before leaving this restaurant.
