Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The burgers here are by far one of my favorites. I like alot of them, but the Black and Bleu is probably my favorite! The Burning Love and the Royal Red Robin are also some of my common choices. The only issue I have here is that the service is almost always worse than the last time By far one of the most consistently horrible service experiences I've ever had. Because of this, I've always avoided reviewing... But my last visit was perfect! I sat in the bar area on a Sunday & I wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name that worked the bar & also the booths adjacent! By far the best server I've ever had at this restaurant! We never asked for a thing. And he had us covered on everything from endless fries, refills, napkins, etc! So hope to be able to go back & get this server again! Great food and the service may be taking a turn to match!

Most of the time, Red Robin is a pretty good place to eat. But recently, the service has been lacking due to being understaffed. And with most restaurants, the atmosphere was loud. The food was yummy, however. But, price has gone up. I believe four people costed around $60. Red Robin is probably a place for more special occasions or family gatherings. Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options available. Parking: The parking lot is fairly small compared to the plethora of guests who decide to eat during meals. Dietary restrictions: One of my family members is allergic to gluten and the kitchen was able to prepare a wonderful basket of gluten-free fries and a gluten-free entree. My family member did not get sick whatsoever from the food. The kitchen was very careful.

Not too hard to get to. First time here, but was surprised they didn't have unlimited fries. Did have to ask for refills on the drinks. Bacon wasn't cooked as well done as we ordered, but otherwise was very fresh food
