Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Tried to go to dinner with my family. We were sat at 7 (I sent a text when we sat down so I know what time). We waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to even take our drink order or say be right with you… nothing…. I even stood up for 5 minutes trying to get someone’s attention. Everyone looked at me and gave me nasty looks but no one cared to do anything. They weren’t busy and honestly I’m a pretty patient person. No one even cared we walked out either.

We ate at the Red Robin at the Springhurst location on November 8 and had a terrible experience. We were there with relatives. I ordered the mushrooms Swiss burger with salad instead of fries. The server came out and said they were out of mushrooms so I ordered the bacon cheeseburger. After a really long time our food came out and mine had fries. I let the server know of the mistake and she corrected it. The fries on all of the meals were luke warm as though they had been prepared sometime earlier. Much time later others at our table got our servers attention and requested more fries. Again much time went by before she returned with more barely warm fries. At this point all we wanted to do was leave after a dissatisfying meal. We couldn't get her attention for our checks so we had to catch the hostess and let her know we needed to leave and needed to pay. I actually think the server was taking care of all of the people in the restaurant. A other was taking care of to go orders. We

A trip to this Red Robin will go something like this - you'll wait 30 min to be seated, pass at least 20 open tables, wait another 25 minutes for a server to come to your table, then wait 45 minutes for your meal to come.
