Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was alright. If you're getting a burger I strongly suggest you ask for no lettuce cause it's that nasty shredded lettuce that just turns into a huge clump of a mushy hot nastiness & it gives off a gross taste. Garlic fries were just soaking in garlic oil I'm assuming cause my friend got normal fries & they were no where near as oily as mine, they were also pretty skimpy on the fries but they bring you more, I don't understand why they just can't give us a bunch beforehand instead of asking everytime we finish them if we want more? I don't know, I found that weird lol The cheese dip was literally the only flavorful thing I had that night.

We came in as a 12 party and the wait was a bit long but we didn’t mind, I don’t remember our servers name but he was a younger gentleman and was great. He was joking with us the entire time was had us laughing the entire visit. Food was hot & fast. Loved the atmosphere.

First, the photos are to show that the artwork that was made entirely with crayons - super creative & unique! Second, the food was pretty good, though getting to be ridiculously expensive (like a lot of places these days). Third, the customer service I recieved was atrocious. I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time and wasn't greeted upon entering. After finding the young male host and informing him I was there to pickup an order I barely got a smile or response. While waiting close to 10 minutes for my food I realized there was another young lady there who had been waiting even longer. No one came to update us, ask if we'd already been helped or anything, though we saw multiple employees walk right by us, eyes down and ignoring us completely. Eventually a young woman who I believe might have been in a manager role addressed us both and seemed to make things happen, finally. By then a third individual had come to pick up his to go order.
