Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I came to this restaurant because I had a craven for endless french fries. I selected the garlic parmesan fries and it did not disappoint. The reason why I am awarding this place with two stars is because of the issues with the burger I ordered. It had a hard substance in it that almost chipped my tooth and a paper like substance in it. After that, I stopped eating it. Prior to our order coming out, I noticed a customer complaining to the manager about her meat in her burger. Other than myself, two other customers around me complained about their meat. Overall, the fries were delicious and the milkshake was to die for. Where ever they acquired their burger meats, they need to cancel the contract with that company.

Our waitress Andrina, I can honestly say the Hundreds of times I have dined into all the Red Robins I've been to, she gave the best vibe, best friendly service, and the absolute best personality i could ever ask for, she went above and beyond! And the cooks had my food on point! Such a sweetie!! Give that girl a raise! We need more people like her in this world! If I could personally tell her I so would!

Leaving with a 3-Star, originally a 1-Star experience. We ordered over $90 in food and were given meals that were half missing and just a few fries. (9-11 fries per meal) After I contacted them, they did correct it and remade our order and gave us 2 large containers of fries. Burger and chicken were a half step above fast food and the fries were unseasoned and unsalted. They were turning customers away 1 hour before closing as they were busy. I would be willing to give them another shot down the road to see if this service was just due to being overly busy and under staffed.
