Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our waitrose didn't seem like she really wanted to be there and it took 20 minutes just to get her to realize we where in her area. The restaurant appeared clean. Didn't look at bathroom. Food was good. Never once did our waitrose ask if we wanted more fries or a drink refill so they don't live up to their bottom less fries deal. We got two teas and it was warm with almost no ice and the soda the other person with us had no ice at all. This the one by the mall for anyone who wants to know. Not sure I'll go back there again not worth feeling like your not wanted there and ignored by staff.

We had Tabitha and Mehgan serving us and they were terrific! Drinks were never empty and asked if we needed more fries as they are bottomless. I really enjoy the garlic fries but I am told that the sweet potato fries are also really good. Kids love the orange slices and regular fries which have their special ingredients. Kid-friendliness: They have a chalkboard in front that can keep kids busy if there is a wait. Kids can also grab a balloon on a stick. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicap spots and an easy ramp to the main entrance

We were there after the lunch rush. Everything was super friendly and fast. The salad was delicious and we didn't have to wait for drink refills. Even though there's a lot of construction nearby the Virginia Commons area, Red Robin is worth the trip. … More
