Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The food is always great and they offer some good deals lately ($10 burger fry and drink deal, $5 cocktail etc). It is always busy however and getting service can be a little slow. The staff was on top of it and going as fast as they could.

This is my go-to Red Robin. Other's near me aren't as friendly for service or as clean. I go here because my kid loves it and actually finishes all her food. The prices aren't too expensive and if you join the rewards program or get discounts or free meals.

This is the second time I’ve gotten the Gluten free bun it is amazing! We’ll definitely keep coming back here. The only complaint I have about this visit was our server. I was so excited I forgot to ask for an GF bun, when I revised my order she seemed irritated. Our drink orders were incorrect and came out after the food. When the bartender came over, we politely advised this was not our order and he quickly changed it. Upon checkout, I went to use the mobile system on the table and made sure to check the receipt. The incorrect drinks were not removed, and when I asked for them to be taken off she brushed us off and said sure. Upon receding the corrected bill, I was only provided with the Receipt and not an itemized receipt. She put the receipt down with my CC, did not even look at us, and walked away. Needless to say, this was not our most pleasant experience, but we love the food and the ability to cater to my food allergies.
