Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We dined on july 23rd, 2022. Food was decent but service was lousy to say the very least. Took forever just to take our drink and food orders during down hours, and they messed up both of our meals (just the side selections, not a huge deal but annoying). The girl at the bar who ran our food for us was the only reason we had a halfway decent time, since our waitress was completely cold and very inattentive. Ordered bottomless Mac n cheese for our son and had to ask 2 separate times for the refill and still never got it. Walked out without it after waiting 15 minutes past paying our bill. Just complete disregard for us.

I tend to leave 5 star reviews, or no review at all, but this location was just nasty. We walked in and the floors had food all over them, and wet floor signs as well. We went to the bathrooms to wash our hands and then felt our hands were cleaner before we washed them. The sinks were disgusting and the faucets were even worse. The paper towel dispenser was out, and the roll of paper towels was left on the counter which was already gross, but dirty fingerprints were on the towels... It was so bad. When we got to our table, it had been "wiped down" but there was still food all over it, and there was food all over the booth, and shoved down inside it. We love Red Robin in general, but this location was absolutely sickening.

I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken taste rubbery but overall not terrible. I was able to eat half of it wrap and didn’t save the other half. I also ordered mozzarella sticks but found no cheese in them (see picture). The garlic fries were decent but also didn’t eat all of them. Overall the meal was not good.
