Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Fantastic place to eat while you are shopping in the Brandon Mall Area. Anastasia was a very knowledgeable and courtesy bartender. She made my dining experience extremely pleasant and enjoyable. Stop by to grab one of the infamous burgers if you are ever in the area!

RR has definitely gone downhill over the last few years, and this location is no different. The food was excellent, but the service was non existent. The only reason I came was because it was my birthday and you get a free meal. RR now relies on the "tablet" on your table. That's even how you let your server know you need drink refills. After our food was delivered to our table we never saw our server again.

Words cannot express my dismay. We understand the short staff at places and always consider that. Our recent visit was to say the least horrific. Waited at the front door around 15 minutes for a host to check is in. Told a 10 minute wait, was only 2 minutes. Sat at our table for around 20 minutes no server. Asked the lady behind me if she was our server, her response as she cleared tables that she clocked out already. Finally 5 minutes later a server came by said she was not our server but wrote down are meal and drink order. She was nice but never saw her again. Male gentleman came by with our drinks fairly quickly and was attentive. So attentive be thought he was our server. Our food came by different servers. Drink person even brought me additional drinks super timely. After our meal another female, clearly on her way out got us a to do bag. We would of liked a fries refill. Dessert.
