Nice place and entertaining workers. Family oriented place considering its location. Which means prepare to hear babies if you go. Service wasn't bad food made it to the table indecent timing and was delicious. Even had a faster paying process than most restaurants I eat at.
If I could put 0 stars I would. First time experience, took 5 minutes to get sat and wasn’t busy at all , no host in the front. Once seated took 5 minutes to get a server, “braces” didn’t give us her name, so her name will be braces, didn’t properly greet us, no smile, we were ready to order and was told she had something else to do. First she didn’t get refills the food runner had to get us refills. Props to her she was great. Her personality was as stiff as her hair. She didn’t have a name tag on. Wrong food was given to table she came back and rudely asked what we all had, proceeded to snatch burger out of my hand, did not check on us at all until we asked for the bill. Our service was very unprofessional and she needs more training. She still got a tip even though she didn’t deserve it.
We had a great time! Not a fan of the pineapple Margarita but the burgers gave 110%. Still dreaming about the candied bacon on my Southern Charm burger. David was our server and he was polite, attentive and anticipated our needs like only an experienced server could. Would return
