Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

This place is just sad... Our waitress was the only saving grace for a 1 star review. Food was bland and cold. It was my son's 7th birthday. Nobody came and sang to him. However another kid across the way got that presentation from the staff. My fork and spoon were dirty. The majority of the staff just didn't seem to enjoy their job. The hostess had either no training in customer service or little social skills. We waited 30 minutes behind a couple in front of us, to be seated. Then another 30 minutes to order. While we waited to be seated 2 sets of customers abandoned the long wait. Will not be going back to this location again.

Visited on a Saturday evening a few weeks ago with family to try and get a bite. The hostess led us to our seats and as we were walking over I can see the disaster underneath the table of spilled drinks, straw wrappers and food. She then started brushing the crumbs/food off the table USING OUR MENUS. She obviously wasn't able to get it all "clean" from that maneuver so I had asked her if we could please get someone to clean it. We stood while waiting as the seats now had salt/crumbs/whatever she threw off the table onto them. She came back with some wetted paper towels and brushed everything onto the floor and seats ( again). At that point we just left for another restaurant. This place was a horrible experience, waste of time and I will never be back. This franchise location is a mess and the hostess should be ashamed of herself.

Went to Red Robin today. The service was top notch! My party was served in the bar where it was nice and cool. We had plenty of beverages, our food was hot and took little time to make, and when we needed help with the card reader they were able to fix it fast. Highly trained staff except in food prep. The cook made a lettuce wrap with a small head of lettuce, and my blta croissant had a bit too much mayo. The cheese fondue was delicious and my ice tea was perfect.
