Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went for a birthday celebration. Ordered drinks..took 30 mins or more just to get water. Half of the group didn't get water, another server (not our server) brought out water. The orders was messed up. Very slow to come out, some in our group never received their food at all. Wasn't cooked how it was ordered. Personally made me sick. Fries was cold, burger was not well cooked.

This morning at about 11:45am My and & I walked into the establishment and were waiting to be seated, the hostess/waitress saw us and stated to give her a few moments and she would seat us so we waited appropriately 10/15 minutes and the girl still ignored us and kept waiting on people up in the bar area instead of acknowledging us and kept doing other things so we walked out and went across the way to Just Wing It where we were seated & served right away. I can easily say as regulars at the Red Robin establishment it’s a shame of how bad the customer service. Thank you Just Wing It for the great service today!

Food is good but service is pretty bad. My last visit lobby time 10 mintues. order time 20 mintues and only came after i order our appetizers from the table kiosk. Forgot dripping sauce. Never came to ask for refills. This is not the only time this kind of service has happen at this location.
