I normally love this place...Like really, really... I am usually here on lunch at least 2x a week... I had an order delivered on Monday.. I ordered the Impossible burger as I am vegan. I was given a beef patty in my meal. With a Impossible sticker on it even.. I thought okay, mistakes are made.. Then today, I ordered again with the same results... I def think that they need someone checking the food a little better... The manager, when I called told me to "enjoy" my food... Incredibly unprofessional. An offer to give monies back would have been a great start!... Update. As I stated I love this place and being vegan, options aren't that great in this area of town. I ordered another "impossible" burger. An AGAIN...... I was given a BEEF burger. This location has no regard for health complications, on top of the BEEF patty, they didn't even get the rest of my order right.. Unbelievable!! I will never be back.. I understand I'm only one person. I just hope others read this and look at yo
Your typical Red Robin, get what you pay for. Fairly clean, found it strange that they started stacking chairs on the table in the dining room at 7:30 when they close at 10 pm.
