We drove over 2 hours for a concert and have Been looking forward to trying this place for months. traffic made us late for our reservation but I called an hour before arriving and they were able to switch our time with no issues. We got to try the crispy rice (Idk if this is what it's called but had tuna, jalapeño and wasabi aoili) We also ordered the waygu sticky ribs (LITERALLY FELL OFF THE BONE AND MELTED IN YOUR MOUTH) tempura mushrooms (omg whatever that white stuff under was AMAZING) rainbow roll godzilla roll spicy salmon roll the tuna tartar Everything was so full of flavors and the textures were spot on. My mind was definitely blown and my stomach was happy♡ I'd drive down to Madison just to eat there again even if I had no other plans :)

This was some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. Really not that expensive for the quality of food you’re getting. We recommend sitting at the sushi bar if you’re interested in watching the magic happen! Really cool interior as well!

We’ve been to RED multiple times as our go-to special event spot. The first visit was phenomenal! However, the quality has declined a bit over time. Presentation and sushi is still fantastic, but the price point seems to be riding the reputation a bit and it doesn’t always feel worth the cost to indulge anymore.
