Red Lobster

I must admit that I'm very disappointed at my experience on tonight at this location. I order the chicken linguine pasta and was looking forward to this usual delectable meal. Unfortunately, this is not what occurred. My waiter was excellent and very attentive. When he brought the bowl of chicken pasta over, it look amazed. I then began to take several bites into it until I tasted several items that were very hard. As I took these items out of my mouth I discovered it was actually chicken bones. I shared this information with my waiter and he immediately went and got a manager. The manager came over and introduced herself as a substitute manager from another location. She initially disputed me that bones could be in my meal, until I showed her the evidence. She then said that it must be a distributor issue and she would inform the general manager. She offered to have the meal recooked, but by this time I am disgusted with the taste of broken chicken bones in my mouth. There weren't

Came here for a early dinner date and so happy we did. Food was amazing and fast as well as the server with our biscuits and drinks. Got the ultimate seafood feast and had the strawberry colada which was so delicious!! Definitely coming back to see our waitress Rabecca! So friendly and really took care of us and added to our great experience. 5 stars!

At first impression you'd think the male greeter didn't want us there. We couldn't sit at the bar area because it was closed and the tv was off. The average wait time with few customers and short staff was long at 20 minutes. However, while we were deciding to stay, a wonderful waitress came out and sat us with no wait, took our orders right away, brought our food quickly and we were in and out with 45 minutes. Food was tasty and rest of the staff was friendly. Parking: Plenty of parking
