Red Lobster

This location is great. Last two times I've dined in I got the filet and lobster meal and all meats were cooked to the correct temperature and seasoned to perfection. On Wednesdays right now they have a discounted steak and lobster deal. Removing one star because their take out is about a 2 in terms of quality, hard to say if it is because it sits for long or because it deteriorates on the drive, so it is a must to always seat in which can be difficult post covid.

Excellent service from manager Angel and Server Amber! Food was fresh and tasty. Really friendly staff and always got checked on for drinks and extra food. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Got there around 3pm. Looked over menu and waited a while for server. Finally ordered a beer and strawberry lemonade. Also wanted crispy brussel sprouts. Server said the supplier didn't bring. Ugh We waited 10 mins or more for drinks and the biscuits were barely warm. Disappointed and server appeared in a mood, kinda mocked me for saying I didn't like mushrooms. Again a long time before food arrived. My strawberry lemonade was weird, too heavy on the syrup. I've had it there before and much better. I will say the food was hot and tasted good. Mashed potatoes had some hard crust of sorts on sides. Odd, like it sat in lights a bit too long or it was scraped off sides of bowls maybe. We have stayed away from here due to high prices and some poor service. We happened to have gift cards so we gave them another try. We may use To Go but no sit down again. It was not worth the time or experience.
