Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and seated right away it was pretty packed. Our server was kind and efficient the food came out in a reasonable time and was piping hot. I myself did enjoy the burger and the fries may have been my favorite part. Didn't try an appetizer because our waiter was really busy and didn't want to add any more stress to her evening so we kind of wanted to eat and get out of there. Replacing pretty clean I got a sports bar vibe lots of TVs bar in the center of the room. Definitely a family environment.
Conveniently located in the Brookside shops the Red door woodfired grill does have one of the best burgers in midtown. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the burger as well as the relaxed environment that is offered here. The service is fast and friendly and my meal was cooked perfectly as ordered. The restaurant was not too crowded and the noise levels were moderate as a result. My wife and I used to come here a lot when they first opened and I admit it has been a while since I've been here. I will keep them in mind in the future as I did enjoy everything very much.
My first experience wasn't the best! I loved the setting, the atmosphere was decent. I liked the waitress, she was pretty nice. I didn't really care for my food too much especially for the price. I didn't like the chicken Quesadilla's; it's ground chicken not regular chicken; the queso is disgusting & they charge for it on the side without telling you it doesn't come with your Mexican food but; they'll offer it. The Chicken tenders are pretty decent & the fries are okay! They have the best ranch & my cocktail ???? was delicious. Overall just cool for experience.
