We have been coming to Reagan meats for years now. The meat quality is top notch! How every you want it cut they will do it for you. We had them cook and slice a beef tenderloin for us. Don't waist your time buying meat from the grocery store go to Reagan Meats.
I am new to the area and needed a butcher. I placed an order for 2 lbs. of very well trimmed course ground sirloin to be used for steak tartare. I was disappointed because there was a lot of sinew left in the grind. ????
Quite a selection of meats and other items. I was not expecting to see fresh produce! They also carry salads, chopped liver, an assortment of different varieties of brats and sausages, as well as dry goods. It is just jammed packed with goodness! I will definitely stop back there for their better quality meats, and perhaps some sauces and marinades! Did I mention Veal brats? Yummy!
