Ray's Shrimp House

Customer service was very terrible. The young girl (very long braids)working was too busy talking about slapping a previous customer and about how she damaged her expensive shoes ok her first day working there, that she wasn't paying attention my order was sitting for 15 mins. After waiting 30 mins ( watching all the food being sat down underneath 15 minuts ago), I asked how much longer for my order and she said, " oh, it's ready", so Isaid it had been sitting there for 15 mins, she replied, " it's still warm." I didn't pay for water food, I paid for hot food. I've been coming to Ray's since 1994 so this was very disappointing. And I didn't get my two pops I paid for.

I love Ray's shrimp, I've been coming here for a few years now. I eat here at LEAST 4 times a month. But please if you over cook the shrimp please take time and make a new order...I don't like to complain but today is the third time this has happened to me. It looses it taste, and $18 dollars is a lot of money when you can't enjoy your food.

The shrimp were good. Although, I wish they'd figure out a way to keep the shrimp from sweating once placed in the white Chinese box containers that they put them in, because it makes the breading on the shrimp soggy. The Whiting fish was tasteless without the sauce...I'll just stick to the shrimp from now on.
