Lesser said better! First thing tables weren't cleaned. No hygiene. The billing counter line for sweets as well as food is the same. There was just one person at the counter running around. It took about 30min just to reach the counter. And then we ordered our food. The lady then tells us that wait time is about 30min. We said okay. We waited for 45 min! And still we didn't get our food. Then later they make an announcement that wait time is 45min. So we asked them about our order since we waited for 45min already, then they say minimum 45 min. Its insane asking customers to wait for 2hrs from the time they enter the place. HORRIBLE SERVICE!. Poor management, they dont have enough people to run the show. And the one which was managing had no idea what to do. if you cannot value a person's time, then surely they don't value their customers. Their food isn't great either. Its below average in taste. Neither I would recommend this place to anyone nor I would go again.

We ordered undhiyu and Hakka noodles without onion and garlic after phoning in to check that the restaurant would be able to accommodate us, but when we got home, noticed onions in plain sight (cooked white onions in the Hakka noodles, and a piece of raw red onion on top of the undhiyu). When we called about this, no offers to make things right were made, only insistence that no onions were added to each dish. I can understand that perhaps someone had made a mistake with garnishing in the case of the undhiyu and then tried to take off the onions afterwards, but the onions in the Hakka noodles were in plain sight and cooked into the dish. I am disappointed in this restaurant's poor service and unwillingness to admit to mistakes in orders or make things right by the customer.

Had a good time tasting different dishes at Rasraj Artesia… looking forward to the next visit…
