Raspaos

I just went to try the Raspao Caleño, is not even close to the real raspao Caleño, they put a lot of melon and other fruits that are not part of the real thing, I paid almost $10.00 for that… maybe they have better raspaos but the caleño is a rip-off

I mean the food tastes good. I ate here for a week, everyday, but I asked for the same soup everyday. Today, that same soup had no protein in it. When I asked they said I needed to pay more for it. It’s just a dishonest business from what I understood. Unfortunately

The place is set up like a bar with long counters facing the work area or a wall with a couple of small tables inside and outside. The service is acceptable and in this visit the employee who took my order was very helpful in explaining the menu items. The food was plentiful and fairly good tasting. A little over seasoned for my taste but not bad. I ordered the bandeja paisa and arepa hamburguesa with a fruit salad for a total on $37. I was a little surprised by the price in such a small place and with such limited services and not so pleasant ambiance. Overall I think it is acceptable given the times and it is probably good for regular customers. Definitely not a very authentic Colombian place but it has lots of menu items you would expect to find in a Colombian restaurant.
