Rascal House

We were very disappointed with our visit to the Euclid Ave Rascal House Pizza restaurant. The staff was rude. We tried to order cups of water and were told that we could get water but there were no cups we could get the water in. We waited a long time for our pizza to arrive. The pizza was not cut all the way through making it impossible to get individual pieces out. When we asked for a knife, we were told there were no knives available and we would have to bring the pizza back to the counter for them to cut it for us. The pizza was mediocre - similar to pizza you might get from a national chain. We were hoping for a local pizza experience and this did not meet our expectations. Pizza was not good, service was poor, and staff was not friendly. We will not return to Rascal House.

Always great pizza. It is nice to sit inside and watch the people on the street walk by while you're enjoying a delicious pizza and salad. So much better fresh out of the oven. … More

I was visiting from out of state and we ate at Rascal House. I had two slices of the deluxe (or supreme? I can’t remember what it’s called there…) and it was WONDERFUL!!! It was fresh from the oven, the toppings were fresh and of good quality, lots of gooey cheese, just the right amount of sauce, and a delicious crust!!! So many pizza places have just a blah crust and toppings that are just good enough. Rascal House raised the bar. It was counter service to order our food though, since they needed to make more pizza in order to complete my order, they brought out food to our table when it was ready. I assume if they would have had what I wanted already prepared it would have been handed to us at the counter. The dining room area is just a simple fast food style table set up with an open floor plan. Nothing special but it was clean.
