Range Restaurant + Cocktail Bar

So grateful For Riley, Christina, and Nicole. For making my birthday a great one. The simulators were fun snd the food was very good! Carnita Tacos ???? ????

Service was great but the food was not. Husbands drink had been served with a fly in it which was off-putting to start. Our server fixed this - she was great . Then we got the Potato croquettes which some were cold in the middle still but we kept on. food was hot but unbelievably bland. I got the Wagyu beef steak which I couldn't believe was so bitter. The shrimp that I got as an add on was incredibly underwhelming and chewy. I only ate my risotto of my $35 dollar plate. My husband got the Tuscan Chicken pasta with THREE kinds of sauce but you wouldn't know it. It was so flavorless. Unfortunately we won't be back.

Terrible experience, never felt so much biased in my life in regards to just general customer service and hospitality. Specifically Heather, waiter at the bar who also handles take out orders. I feel because I didn’t fit the image of the surroundings as far as attire I wasn’t helped as I should be. Not sure if she immediately made the assumption I wouldn’t tip as the rest of her guests, what made the situation blatant was when I asked for steak sauce (which I feel would be a common request when ordering a steak) was that she proceeded to say they had none. When I pointed out that there was a bottle right in front of my face, she had the audacity to comment that she didn’t know I meant to go (keep in mind I placed a to go order). What made it even more degrading was she poured the last of it in a container making it such a mess and almost insisting that I deserve crumbs in the manner she did it, instead of just getting a new bottle.
