Food was delicious! Brunch structure was $40 for a small plate and a large plate per person. Definitely way too much food, would of loved an a la carte style menu.
This place is fantastic. The black truffle mac and cheese, homemade biscuit and bacon scramble were all delicious. The desserts left a little to be desired but a huge part of that was how incredible the rest of the food was. The service was friendly and efficient without being overbearing and the dining room was charming. It was a little expensive but absolutely worth it. Will definitely return ????. Update: After several visits, this place is still fantastic. The Mac and cheese, bacon scramble and Scotch egg were just as good as the first time I tried them. The strawberry basil french toast was phenomenal. The service was, as always near perfect. I've been bringing all my fellow foodies here since my first visit and this place never misses. Keep it up!
Finally got to try to eat at Ramos House and I was not disappointed! They do not take reservations, and they do have a 90 minute time limit per party. It is first come first serve and it is difficult getting in. The food was absolutely amazing. We started off with the Scotch Quail Egg and it was such a great bit. I can imagine the caramel being too sweet for some, but you can adjust to your liking. The best part for me was the mixture of condense milk and caramel that you can slurp up after you finish the beignets! On to the main courses! Chicken and waffle- the chef did a great job at trying to not make the flavor get “boring” by adding in several layers of additional
