This food used to be the BOMB!! Well... It wasn't anymore.... I ordered pints, beans, rice, red chili, chicken Verde, Burrito Shells, and hot sauce... Burnt pieces in my green Chili Verde. And, it didn't taste like anything. I wish people would treat different races so badly. The food wasn't good anymore. Many people agreed while I was there... I hadn't been there in a while. This is unfortunate because this was the go-to restaurant back in the days... Bland food. But, if you like it... Bless your food and keep going. *Never see them wash their hands too often. *Don't wear gloves or mouth covering. Mask should be mandatory... We are dealing with food... *Parking isn't that bad... but it is pretty tight. *The line is long sometimes out of the door. *Online orders are an option
Food is good still. I went during the lunch rush. (5/26/23)The staff's attentiveness was great at the register. Food was handed out in about 10 to 15 minutes after placing an order... personally, this is too long for food that is already prepared especially tacos and burritos. They need to work on their speed of service for sure. Ramona's atmosphere is more of producing food to sell at retail stores rather than the good restaurant or fast food service.
I came here after work and it’s Friday so it was super crowded but, the gag is, I placed a mobile order, the system created a pickup time and I got there after that time. There’s a mobile order line and I stood there for a good 5 minutes or less and no one acknowledged me. I go sit down for another 5 minutes and my name wasn’t called so, at this point, it’s 10 minutes or more. I get up, go to the counter as if to place an order and inquire about my order, the cashier brings me a receipt to sign and tells me to sign it; not why but, just sign it. Apparently, when you order a mobile order, they prepare it when you get there to prevent you having cold food BUT, no where is that written! It’d be great to place the rules somewhere as not to waste anyone’s time. The food was great though! ????????♀️????????♀️
