Ramen Takagi

The ramen here is amazing! I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen and the broth was very flavorful and you can definitely taste the pork bone flavor. The pork is also hand torched right in front of you if you sit at the bar. The gyozas are also really nice and crispy and they don’t use any oil when cooking it. My only complaint is that the Onigiri is a bit overpriced for the quality I’m getting. Overall a great place and I would definitely come back again.

Really enjoyed the food here! Broth was on point and really enjoyed how well cooked and put together the dishes was! A great ramen spot to check out. One of the big standouts from this place was their Onigiri. Not a huge selection but they are delicious and worth getting two or three if you want to share!

The Tonkotsu ramen and Karaage we ordered was delicious. The ramen eggs were perfect! I loved how gooey they were. When I saw the menu and how limited it was, I was excited, because usually the best ramen experiences I have had were always at smaller restaurants with no frills. Although the restaurant is on the smaller side, there was plenty of seats when I visited after work on a Wednesday evening.
