Pulled in drive thru, was told it was shift change can't take my order. Pulled around, seen employees standing outside. I asked if they were next shift. They said they were 1st shift. 5:10 pm on August 1st 2023. Location at 11700 Superior Ave East Cleveland Ohio. Got no food … More
They declined to honor their offer for completing their customer survey, saying the rules were changed after I was emailed the QR code. Strikes me as fraud. I left without buying anything.
Don’t go if you hate greesy food but it does taste good but line is long sometimes
