The Big Buford burger may be the best burger I've had in a long time. The fries are my absolute favorite. The Fry-Seasoned Tenders are really good, but kind of expensive for what they are. The service is definitely hit or miss whether we are going to get a nice person or rude person. Definitely mediocre service overall.
I just ordered a sandwich for myself and toddler to share and the chicken was completely raw. I have already contacted my doctor. When I called the restaurant the manager responded with a sarcastic “well I don’t control the fire on the grill”. Then I called corporate where the proceeded to tell me they would get back to me within 3 to 4 days. I am in shock, other customers please check your food before eating it!
Food was decent but the lady at the window was mumbling the whole time. Couldn't hear a word she was saying. Got my order wrong or gave me the order from someone else.
