My fiancé wanted 35 minutes for her food and was talked down to by employees working there. Saying she didn’t order what she ordered and cussing in the back ground saying she wasn’t going to get what she ordered. Then gives her cold food, and tomatoes and ketchup on her burger when she specifically told 2 different people plus the robot at the drive thru she didn’t want that on there. Definitely not a location for friendly fast food.
Enjoy most Rallys is better services than McDonald's, Wendy's, and Taco Bell, Always get your right order and the food seem to be outstanding than the others also! Thanks to good services! … More
Our food was hot & fresh our order was accurate. Was surprised that the order taker was automated, that was cool. Got to the drive thru window and there was only ONE PERSON WORKING! We could tell that she was stressed but she, in our opinion was doing a great job with a line of about 5 cars behind us. Kudos to the Lady that worked alone that night & handled her business with a smile while serving us our order.
