Rally's

I ordered online in parking lot due to the fact my moving truck would not fit in drove thru which was lit up and had a car at the speaker at time. Order processed said they were open until 1am. It took my money , said it would be ready in 5 min. 2 other cars went through drive thru. I did not pay much attention. I went to get food and they were closed. Completely! I tried calling but no answer . I complained on site and to corporate. I have yet to hear back. Ridiculous. I s .

I don't usually go to this Rally's but I did recently and it wasn't a great experience. I felt rushed and the employee did not seem very friendly as is expected but to top it all off, the food portions seemed small for the price we paid and the food could've tasted better.

My girlfriend and I had been out all day. Day was exhausting as hell. We drove about 20 min away to get Rallys instead of going to the one near our home because of how the service and food quality. Anyway, we got here and placed our order and we aren't the best order givers, we'll at least my girlfriend isn't, lol. This wonderful youngman by the name of Cory took our order. He had the best personality and patience a person could have in customer service these days. They should give Corey a raise and a paid vacation. We learned he had been there longer than his shift and all I can say is that I hope Rallys appreciates this young man. He is an asset. Salute to the cook as well, we didn't anyone else, but we know someone else was working as well. So please appreciate these workers and show them so real love, like Ina form of a nice extra check with days off I possibly. Stay great Corey, you are a wonderful person
