I like canes they have good fries and chicken, my only disappointment is that the quality of the chicken has gone down since COVID. The strips used to be quality, juicy and tender. Now I run across more rubbery pieces of chicken that really ruin it for me. I wouldn't say all of them are bad, but I usually get at least one rubbery one in the 3 pack. I wish they would go back to their old chicken. The service and atmosphere are great though, so to me it is about 3.5 stars, but I will give them four due to the great service.
Always incredible food and service. Honestly probably the most outstanding care and service I've ever experienced at a restaurant an it was all thanks to David. Usually a five star for dine in visit, however, last two times we've got take out, the chicken pieces are smaller than when we dine in. Don't know if it's a fluke or taking advantage of not being able to see food until we've arrived home. But they are so delicious and will continue to drive to get it vs other chicken alternatives
