Nothing special, it's just chicken fingers. The chicken was juicy and tender, but the breading was rather bland. The lack of other options makes this a bit of a boring pick for dinner. They get an extra star because their Cane's sauce is pretty good.
There's one thing I can say about Canes, the amount food that was previously served before "inflation" started has remained the same. It's fried chicken straps, shouldn't taste that much different but it is good in my opinion. The chicken on the other hand, the size is a hit or miss. There's a time I got huge strips, and another time I got chicken wing size. Now for the downside. I cannot understand a $12 price tag for 4 chicken strips, small fry, small bread, and a medium drink. One thing to keep mind, remember all those signs were hiring for $15 plus dollars an hour? Yup..you guessed it, those new hourly wages have been incorporated into the cost of food. Now for the drink. If you haven't noticed your receipts from other restaurants, fountain drinks have increased well over 50% in cost. However, Canes for example will fill your cup with nearly 40% of ice leaving very little of soda. Be prepared to spend $60 plus for a family of atleast 5. Best go to a sit down restaurant and spend a
I’ve tried the chicken fingers meal that my son continuously buys for our family and they have a nice flavor. The fries are fresh and the roll is soft and fresh! My son doesn’t think there’s seasoning in the chicken but I ensured him that it has some kind of seasoning in it! Sometimes, when you’re used to heavily seasoned chicken, it’s extremely hard to accept other foods that may be lightly seasoned! Cane’s is alright with me! He continues to go there! So he likes it! Lol He bought us like 4 meals last week!
