Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I went here and ordered 2 box combos. When I got home I literally could have thrown the boxes up against the wall. The tenders looked like squirrel ankles. I called the store and told the manager that with inflation something would have to be done. She kindly replaced both boxes with adult sized tenders. The second round was hot and fresh what I was looking for.

If they forget something in your order, don’t bother letting them know! I ordered a 50 piece tailgate chicken tenders and 15 toasts and only received the chicken.. I wasn’t going to call because it wasn’t a big deal, but felt like if I payed for something then I should let them know I didn’t receive it. I nicely called and let the staff know that I didn’t receive the 15 toasts and requested a credit since it was too late to turn around and go get it. I was met with the rudest response from the boy I spoke to on the phone. They swore they put it in the bag and that I was lying???? Honestly in disbelief at how unprofessional and defensive the response was… to argue with me and swear you put it in the bag instead of just acknowledging your mistake is telling about your customer service skills. I’m not that hard on to get a free 15 toasts my guy LOL. They ended up offering the credit but I’m so disgusted by the customer service that I don’t even care to use it.

I'm sorry you'll no longer receive my family's patrinedge to your restaurant. I ordered and paid. You failed to put the items I paid for in the bag. Then only to be told nothing I can do for you we don't deliver. Nobody wants to be accountable for the loss of service on the whole. Why do you keep putting disrespectful people in manger positions? It's sad, no accountability.
