Great food as always and fast drive thru experience which might explain why I didnt get what I paid for. We were missing an entire combo meal plus sides. I called them and they said I could come up and grab it... AGAIN. I pick it up and they said "oh, sorry." And that was it. How about offering a coupon, or gallon of tea or something to say "we messed up and we appreciate your business." I got nothing! I did get to spend more gas money and more time on the road so the entire family could eat. Unprofessional!!!! Won't go back!!!!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and all there was, was 3 pieces of chicken. No lettuce or tomatoes like stated on the menu. As well as the lightest canes sauce on it where I couldn’t taste it. Not good
