I've always loved raising canes since the 2nd or 3rd opened in Central. The food is consistent at every location. The problem is that consistently the prices go up, the chicken fingers get smaller and the breading gets thicker. The quality of the fingers (tendons in them, size, etc) has gone down over the years. They used to be big juicy fingers and they just aren't that anymore. The sauce is always on point. You get served quickly and it's always hot. Still love it, just docking a star for the finger issue.

Chicken was slightly cold. Also the fries were way overcooked. The bread was delicious. The coleslaw was horrible, it tasted like i was eating mayo on lettuce l. :(
