Amazing experience. The wait was a little long due to a big party that was happening. But the wait was worth it. Food was favored perfectly. Drinks were well made. Highly recommend the bolognese pasta
We came for a light pasta meal, after a friend’s recommendation. The meal and service were exceptional. The Insalada Radici was generous and tasty. The spaghetti Ariana was light, garlicky (in such a good way) and flavorful. The (Sunday only) lasagna was mind-blowing. Light, full of flavor, with a creamy pasta. No Ricotta cheese. Just perfect for a summer evening. The mother-daughter owners carefully curate their ingredients including fresh tomatoes briefly roasted and selected ground chuck. To top off a great evening with a good wine menu (reasonably priced), the tiramisu was perfection. Tiramisu should be a careful balance of espresso, cocoa, liqueur and very light sweetness. Too often, sweetness overpowers what should be a delicate balance. This was tiramisu at its best.
