Rachel’s on Elmwood Buffalo, Ny. Just terrible! I went back two times. The second time, they gave me attitude so I decided to leave and not go tic for tac. Two times they messed up my online order. And, had the nerve to accuse me of eating some chicken. I would never step foot in this location or even recommend going to this location. Moral of the story: Check your food before leaving the store.
