Slushy machine always down literally every flavor and they never got ketch up for my hot dogs

I always have the best expirience with quick trip, ive personally never had a bad one up until today. The manager of this location or store supervisor I believe were his credentials got very confrontational with me because i came in the store without a mask, not being intentional about it..but it was 7 in the morning and honestly was still waking up. When i got to the counter he stated "dude you cant come in here without a mask on, read the sign". I thought he was talking to someone else since it was a nice younger lady assisting me. So i went about my buisness and he said listen you need to put your mask on right now if you want that drink if you dont your not getting it. I felt completed disrespected and honestly embarsssed as everyone around just watched. I dont know where they found such a singular foul human to work for them but usually quick trip has excellent customer service

Customer service is trash , the manager walked back and forth just looking at us and a girl behind the food counter literally stared at myself and my niece for about 10mins before saying a word. Then proceeded to greet every Caucasian customer behind me. Then as the other associate patiently prepared my order I attempted to give her a few tips on how to make it in the most polite voice ever, she turned around very agitated and inattentive as if she couldn’t or “didn’t want to” hear what I was saying. The cashier was very sweet However I believe her and my niece knew each other from high school but she was very welcoming.
